Are reservations required? – YES, and appointment times are given for arrival and departure
How far in advance should reservations be made? – We do fill up rapidly so let us know as soon as you know. In order to avoid disappointment be aware that our busiest times are when children are out of school.
What do I need to bring to check in?
- Shot Records
- Personal Items (something with “home” scent)
- Contact Numbers (where we can reach you)
- Special Diet (prescription food, table scraps, etc….)
- Medicine
Can I bring my own food? – YES, but we do have quality food available, which is included in the boarding rate.
Can both of my dogs and/or cats stay together? – YES, as long as they are compatible and you reserve the appropriate size unit.
Can I have a tour of the facilities? – YES! We would like you to come see us at any time. We know that you will be more comfortable seeing that we offer the best possible care for your pet.
